Hello! My name is Lou and I was born on 18 March 2006.
I have had De Morsier syndrome since birth. I also have diabetes insipidus (a condition that prevents my body from retaining water).
What moves me is sharing emotions with you through my musical performances. I love knowing that I have given you goosebumps… 😊😍
Like everyone else, I enjoy compliments and the kind little messages you might write to me.
I am passionate about singing, swimming, hippotherapy, cooking and ceramics, and I am very good at languages. 😊
As I really love food, I am going to share some of my favourite recipes with you… 😋
Here is the first one: my recipe for baghrirs (thousand-hole pancakes).
Ingredients:
– 80 g flour
– 225 g extra-fine semolina
– 500 ml lukewarm water
– ½ tsp salt
– 5 g dry baker’s yeast
– 1 sachet baking powder
Utensils:
– A mixing bowl
– A whisk
– A blender
– A ladle
– A frying pan
Method:
1. Put the semolina, flour, salt and baker’s yeast into a mixing bowl. Mix everything together. Add the lukewarm water and mix well.
2. Pour everything into the blender. Blend for 2 minutes, until small bubbles form. Add the baking powder and blend for another minute.
3. Pour the mixture through a sieve back into the mixing bowl so that no lumps remain. Leave it to rest for 5 minutes before cooking.
4. Pour a ladleful of batter into the pan over medium heat and cook for a few minutes. When the top is full of holes and the underside is golden, remove the baghrir from the pan. Rinse the pan under cold water between each pancake.
That’s it! I hope you enjoyed the recipe! See you soon!
Lou
